For more information about this program, please click here. Montgomery County's Retrievr program offers year-round pick-up for clothing and electronics at resident convenience. Please schedule a large item pick-up from your residence at The Abington Township Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) will be collecting food items on site for the local food pantry, Family Promise Montco PA (formerly Inter-Faith Food Cupboard). Portable air conditioner units are no longer being accepted at this event. PLEASE NOTE: There is a cost for TV's and monitors. This service is available to residents of Abington Township ONLY. We partner with eForce Compliance for this event.

Arrangements can be made at the Abington Township Building, Ardsley Community Center, Alverthorpe Manor and the township Highway Yard. Abington Township has a large item pick-up service. No Large Items – examples: sofas, chairs, cabinets, table and chair sets, mattresses, shelves, exercise equipment, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, washers, hot water heaters, large metal items, TVs, grills, windows, a/c units, tires, and wheelchairs.ON clean out days the following materials WILL NOT be accepted: Any item that is not within a trash bag under 30 lbs will not be picked-up.
